Description Silver filligree Cameo brooch, hand carved from shell with very fine detail. It has a secure safety pin and the inside of the silver frame is stamped Sterling. The dimensions are 35mm x 25mm. Old cameos are all unique as they were carved by hand, unlike the pieces that are done by laser these days. They’re timeless in their beauty!
