14-DAY RETURN POLICY You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: For returns not related to product quality (e.g., change of mind), a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the original shipping costs.
30-DAY QUALITY WARRANTY We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your bracelet develops a quality issue or manufacturing defect within 30 days of receipt:
- Please contact us immediately. We will offer a free repair or a full replacement.
- Lumina Crystals will cover all necessary shipping costs (both return and reshipment) for quality-related issues within this 30-day window.
REPAIRS AFTER 30 DAYS Crystals and their settings can experience natural wear and tear over time. For damages occurring beyond the 30-day warranty period (caused by regular wear, usage, or accidental damage):
- We offer professional paid repair services to help restore your energy bracelet.
- The customer is responsible for the repair fee as well as two-way shipping costs.
REFUND PROCESS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
