Bai Sha Xi Plum Flavour Fu Brick Anhua Dark Tea 2017 This Fu Brick Dark Tea is a kind of Anhua Dark Tea, from the famous Dark Tea brand – Bai Sha Xi. Fu Brick is special of its “golden flower” inside of it. The gloden flower is actually the beneficial bacteria, which is a Eurotium cristatum, which is considered as having health benefit. This Fu Brick is made into medium fermentation and roasting level, and is special of its “Mei Zi” flavour, which means the green plum flavour. The tea material is harvested in 2017, and compressed into Brick in 2018. The Tea is stored for more than 3 years, resulting in smooth texture and sweet flavour.
