Use a piece of string: Wrap it around your wrist, mark the overlap, then measure it against a ruler.

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR FIT

Example: "7.25 inches, Loose"

Tight fit: Snug on the wrist (little to no movement).
Standard fit: Comfortable everyday fit (slight movement).
Loose fit: Relaxed fit with extra room (noticeable movement).
