Water Ingredients: Oolong tea, Asian Ginseng, Chinese Xiang Cao (vanilla) Earth Ingredients: gunpowder green tea Fire Ingredients: lapsang souchong tea Air Ingredients: golden monkey black tea Directions: For black teas, steep 1 teaspoon of tea in freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. For green tea (Earth) steep 1 teaspoon of tea in 176 °F water for 3 to 5 minutes.
