Description Fine 9ct gold hallmarked hand carved shell Cameo brooch. The dimensions are 36mm x 27mm, with a secure safety catch and a ring to the top of the setting for a safety chain. The safety chain ring could also have a jump ring fitted to make the brooch wearable as a pendant. The pin is stamped .375 for 9ct gold.
