Biography: Loring Andrews & Company (1896-1958) were one of the great Cincinnati companies who ‘manufactured and dealt in jewelry, sold and repaired watches and clocks, and dealt in imported and domestic ceramics, glass and silver”. They retailed silver flatware and holloware furnished by companies such as Durgin, Schultz & Co, Dominick & Haff, Gorham, Goodnow & Jenks and a few others. They ‘became the authorized dealer of silver by S. Kirk & Son (Baltimore) sometime after 1915.
